Last run before the marathon. A nice cool morning run. Felt really good and kept the pace under 8 minutes again.

Spent most of the run chatting about the layoffs at HP. Luckily the guy I run with still has a job. It would have been a really depressing run otherwise.

Good luck to you in the Pocatello Marathon. I really hope you achieve your goal and have fun.

Good luck at Poky, will try to watch for you at the finish. Have a safe trip over.

What is your goal time so we can watch for you to finish?

Thanks. I finished Ogden in 3:49, so I'm just hoping to improve on that. Maybe something in the 3:45 range. Under 3:40 would make me really happy.

You can do. I'm planning on improving my time from Ogden (2:42) and try to get under 2:40. Even though Pocatello I think is a tougher course than Ogden, your trained longer in the year to prepare for Pocatello and your fitness is better.

Good luck. Anxious to see your report.
