After missing the first two weeks of the month, I figured my 100 mile a month streak was over. But, when I finished up last week, I was at 90 miles. So, I really had no choice but to do a 10-miler this morning.

Weather wasn't bad. Cool with a bit of wind. Kept a steady pace just under 8mpm the whole way.

Runners are generally all about the numbers but you take it to another level (Cougarstats) I think. ;)
