Wanted to really take things easy this morning, so I only did six and kept the pace down. Weather reallly cooling down, about 43 when I took off. I even wore gloves. Cool is nice. The only problem is that cold always follows -- and I'm supposed to go to Canada soon.

I wasn't prepared for the cold this morning but it felt good once I was into the run a bit. TOU's right around the corner. I don't know about you but I wish I had another month.
