Need to start getting the pace down a little in the am. I've dropped 5 lbs. since the start, so that should help, except that I'm running hungry most morning.

Being hungry will make you move faster so you can get home more quickly to eat! A virtuous cycle!

Food and sleep are my best motivations. I get up early to run so I can nap for 30 minutes after before getting ready for work. It makes no sense, but feels so good!
