Well, I was still a little sore after Friday's run, so I decided to take Saturday off to give me a two day weekend to heal up a little more. But now, with a deadline looming, I'm done resting. If my hip/leg starts hurting again, I'm going to have to try to just run through it. I think I'll be ok though.

Felt good this morning. Randy kind of pulled me along as usual. I need to keep it steady this week and then go for a 20-miler on Saturday.

Bummer about the hip. You ever tried a chiro? I used to be skeptical until I went to one last year. He really helped get my hips and knees in line.

I misread that at first. I was thinking "I like churros as much as the next guy, but I'm not sure eating one will help my running."

As for the chiro, I'm not sure I'm ready to go there yet, but that is an idea I hadn't thought of. If this thing lingers much longer I might try it.

They won't help your running but they sure are delicious. Mmmmmmm churrrrros. ;)
