Two runs acctually. I went on the usual MWF route with Randy, then got in the car, drove it to the shop and ran home.

Not a bad morning. Steadily speeding up through the first run, then improved each mile on the second too.

4:30 pm

2.6 miles and $235 later, I have my car back. I took off at a pretty fast pace and then decided to push it. I ended up with a 7:07 pace which is a lot faster than I usually run.

Nice run! Are you still in training for anything right now?

From Court on Mon, Oct 04, 2010 at 18:23:52 from 204.228.205.14

Thanks. I've mainly got Ogden in my sights. I'll do a few of the usual races during the winter and spring, but since I was only 7 minutes off, I'm going to ramp up the training and diet to see if I can't qualify for the big one.

What do you have up next?

From jtshad on Mon, Oct 04, 2010 at 18:31:16 from 204.134.132.225

Recovery from St. George and then an easy and fun Half marathon in Pocatello on Nov. 6 called the Just Cuz Half marathon.

I am stil formulating the plan from next year. Good luck with Ogden, have you registered yet?

From Court on Mon, Oct 04, 2010 at 19:09:22 from 204.228.205.14

I have registered. They sent me an email with a secret code for out of staters only.

Good job running on a hot day in St. George.
