Went and ran with Neil again this morning. One of these days that Cloverdale overpass is going to kill me. I'm just not sure if I'll die from the car hitting me on top, falling off the side, or a truck running me over once I hit the freeway. Rest assured, when it happens, I'll be sure and write about it in the blog.

My weight was down about 3 pounds this morning. I was 151 before the run and 148.5 when I got back. Holy crap! I haven't looked down at the scales and seen anything less than 150 in more than 20 years. The bad news is that I think it was mostly due to the fact that I didn't eat enough last night, so I was kind of dragging as I ran the last couple of miles home.

Haha. I'd feel really bad if you died on your way to meet up w/ me for a run- if that's any consolation. ;) Seriously, next time I'll take my life into my own hands and meet you on your side of I-84.

PS- You are looking pretty thin these days. I'm actually kind of jealous because we're about the same height. To me, getting down to 150 would literally be like running downhill. That's it, I'm now on a mission to be as fit as you are.
