Final Top Of Utah long run. I'm not going to break any records this year, but I think I'll be fine to finish the race with a respectable time.

7 with Randy then a 10-mile loop. Three more, stopping at the pool. Had a nice soak afterward. I've felt worse after 20 miles.

Broke out a new pair of shoes. Probably shouldn't plan on running a marathon in a pair of shoes with 900 miles on them.
