Back to seven mile morning runs. Felt good to push the pace a bit. I'll probably keep the runs down to 7 this week and maybe go back to 10s next week.

Sooo have you given up blogging. Or are you still recovering from Boston?

No. Just lazy, busy and unmotivated. I'm out of town most of May, but we need to get together and go for a run in June.

I hear ya. I'm down for whenever. I'll be doing short runs (tapering) the 1st week of June and recovering the second week. Drop me a message when you're back in town.
