Boise, ID 6:30am I decided I need to mix things up. I've been just putting in a lot of junk miles. So, on Tuesday and Thursdays I'm going to run laps around Kleiner Park. 1/4 mile fast followed by 1/4 mile jog for 6 miles. It was a good workout. Running the fast quarters under 6 for at least the first half. Felt pooped at the end.
