Boston long run #3. I ran the first leg with Randy and went a little faster than I probably should have for the first few miles of a long run, but that's the way we roll.

I ran well and felt pretty good until about mile 19. I started getting dizzy, so I turned up Mitchell instead of going all the way to Cole. I started feeling better, so I went up to Edna and down Shamrock. I was at 26.2 when I got to the house and that seemed like a good place to stop. I thought about going back out for 3 more miles, but changed my mind.

I keep saying this but its remarkable how strong of a runner you've become in so little time. Very inspiring. You're gonna kill at Boston.
